Send your arrival and departure flights, travel dates and the addresses of the places you are staying. Note which accommodation is already booked and which parts of the itinerary are still flexible.
Oniri’s initial focus is private transfers and chauffeur journeys in South Africa. You can request airport collections and journeys connecting Cape Town, George, Wilderness, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay and Gqeberha. Other routes shown on the main site can be discussed individually.
Make the enquiry specific to your party
Include passenger numbers, children’s ages, suitcases and any larger items. Tell us about child-seat or accessibility requirements, preferred vehicle type and stops you would like to include. Availability and arrangements need to be confirmed in the quote.
If you would like a planning call, suggest a suitable time and give your city or time zone. This makes it easier to arrange a conversation across time differences.
Agree the details before committing
Ask for the proposed vehicle category, collection arrangements, route, agreed stops, price and currency to be set out clearly. Waiting time, flight changes, cancellations, payment arrangements and any overnight costs should also be clarified before you book.

Do I need to be in South Africa to enquire?
No. You can send your itinerary from overseas and discuss the proposed transfer arrangements before departure.
Can you help us decide between a transfer and a multi-day driver?
Share the dates and destinations of your stays. We can discuss whether separate point-to-point transfer requests or a longer chauffeur arrangement better fits your proposed itinerary.
Are accommodation and activities included?
The initial focus is the driving part of your holiday. Do not assume accommodation, activities, meals or admission fees are included; ask for all inclusions and exclusions to be specified in your quote.
